The Scarlett Boutique Hotel - Hue

The staff was too-notch, providing really good hospitality.

Unfortunately, I found the room to be on the smaller side, made moving around a bit cumbersome. I noticed some areas in the bathroom could use better maintenance, as there were unpleasant odors. I had hoped for a more relaxing experience, but these details really detracted from what could have been a perfect visit.

The Location was perfect for Pub St. Staff were really friendly and polite . Laundry amazing clothes for cleaning returned within a few hours

Alift would help older guests

Came here for 1 night stay, had a really great experience. The restaurant was great which was also the part of the lobby here, I had warm dishes. All the staff members were amazingly nice and accommodating. The hotel was wonderful small and in a very central location. I found Dmz Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Very nice Hospitality and Comfort

The 'Passion Room' was spacious with beautifully arranged fruits waiting for us. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options from fresh local dishes to perfectly brewed coffee. The location provided a peaceful retreat just a short walk from vibrant night-life and historical sites. A small suggestion would be to have more variety in the room decor.

The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet.

great location in a nice enough area, close to a citadel and a palace. lots of the bars and restaurants in the city.

Both a hit and a miss

The location is superb. The cute staff, especially Ruby, were really nice too ensure a nice stay.

The decor could use more variety. While charming, it might feel repetitive for longer stays.

I was horrified to find a buzzing dragon fly in my room, how uncouth! The bathroom had a bit of a smelly odor that definitely benched my expectations. I thought i deserved a welcome gift or something after such inconveniences. Just couldn't bring myself to give a better review, what a shame!

It's just a proper fit for a city break in Hue with great value for money. The staff helped us coordinate a great local tour which was a highlight. Remember to check out the nearby markets for some great local food.

The scarlett boutique hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect, close to markets and restaurants. Ruby and the team were super friendly and gave great dining recommendations. Breakfasts were generous and delicious. They offered a hydrating massage that really helped after a long day in the sun.

The room was charming, with beautiful decoration and a very comfortable bed. The staff were helpful, even returning my suitcase cover to me in Hoi An. Their kindness.

Room felt a little small.

Having three kids with us, we loved that the hotel staff were so accommodating, even arranging an excellent tour for us at a moment's notice.

My kids wished there was a pool for them to splash around in after a long day of sightseeing.

Had an excellent stay! The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the room was clean and stylishly decorated. Just wish the mini bar prices were lower!
